Payoneer approximately charge $4 on each transactoin you do, so if you ignore this for a while then your each Payoneer $ rate is PKR 97.13 (today's rate 20-Mar-2013) and if you include transaction fee ($3+) then your $ rate varies proportionally with amount of transaction you like, suppose:

1- if you withdraw PKR 2,000/- then each $ rate would be PKR 82.47 (you been charged with $24.25 )
Withdraw 2,000 PKR Total cost:

$3.66 Transaction Fee

$20.59 Balance Deducted against 2000pkr

Total deduction = 3.66+20.59 = 24.25

Per $ rate according to this transaction = 2000 / 24.25 = 82.47

2- if you withdraw PKR 5,000/- then each $ rate would be PKR 90.00 (you been charged with $55.55 )
Withdraw 5,000 PKR Total Cost:

$4 Transaction Fee

$51.55 Balance Deducted against 5000pkr

Total deduction = 4+51.55 = 55.55

Per $ rate according to this transaction = 5000 / 55.55 = 90.00

3- if you withdraw PKR 10,000/- then each $ rate would be PKR 93.38 (you been charged with $107.09 )
Withdraw 10,000 PKR Total Cost:

$4 Transaction Fee

$103.09 Balance Deducted against 10000pkr

Total deduction = 4+103.09 = 107.09

Per $ rate according to this transaction = 10000 / 107.09 = 93.38

4- if you withdraw PKR 15,000/- then each $ rate would be PKR 94.55 (you been charged with $158.64 )
Withdraw 15,000 PKR Total Cost:

$4 Transaction Fee

$154.64 Balance Deducted against 15000pkr

Total deduction = 4+154.64 = 158.64

Per $ rate according to this transaction = 15000 / 158.64 = 94.55

5- if you withdraw PKR 20,000/- then each $ rate would be PKR 95.15 (you been charged with $210.19 )
Withdraw 20,000 PKR Total Cost:

$4 Transaction Fee

$206.19 Balance Deducted against 20,000pkr

Total deduction = 4+206.19 = 210.19

Per $ rate according to this transaction = 20,000 / 210.19 = 95.15

6- if you withdraw PKR 25,000/- then each $ rate would be PKR 95.51 (you been charged with $261.73 )
Withdraw 25,000 PKR Total Cost:

$4 Transaction Fee

$257.73 Balance Deducted against 25,000pkr

Total deduction = 4+257.73 = 261.73

Per $ rate according to this transaction = 25,000 / 261.73 = 95.51

7- if you withdraw PKR 30,000/- then each $ rate would be PKR 95.76 (you been charged with $313.28 )

Withdraw 30,000 PKR Total Cost:

$4 Transaction Fee

$309.28 Balance Deducted against 30,000pkr

Total deduction = 4+309.28 = 313.28

Per $ rate according to this transaction = 30,000 / 313.28 = 95.76

Ans: Which ATM machine are supporting Payoneer Debit Card (Master-Card)?

When I wrote article about payoneer that how is it helping peoples living in Pakistan & desiring to have Paypal verified account legally, (Click HERE to read) many of my readers shown their concerns rightly about Master-Card debit card of Payoneer because in our country there are very rare ATM booths (machines) who are supporting Master-Card Networking most of them are supporting VISA, 1-Link etc. But don't worry there's still hope, the good news is, its not impossible tough difficult to find that ATM machines which accepting payoneer card (Master-Card). But in my point of view it's still too much better than looking & waiting for a person who can purchase $ from you.

Keep some points in your mind when you go to withdraw your payoneer $$:
1- Try to find ATM machines of SCB, MCB or other International Banks.
2- Try to find Main Branches of these banks in your City/Area.
3- Don't insert your Payoneer Card in those ATM machines which are not supporting Master-Card.

Ans: How to use Payoneer Master Card?

1- Before go to withdrawal from ATM machines .. Make sure you have correct ATM Pin Code..
2- After insertion your Payoneer Master Card in ATM machine which support Master-Card, You been asked to enter Pin Code.
3- After Pin Code, you have to choose "Credit" from the list of "type of account".
4- Try to withraw your cash in multiples of PKR 1,000/- (don't use 1500, 2500, 10,500 etc...)
5- Minimum Limit is PKR 1,000 and Maximam limit is PKR 30,000/-. (SCB, LDA plaza lahore)
